Delivery Policy

We deliver mainly using the Courier Guy. 

After Placing an order

Please wait for an email with shipping information. This will only be sent when your order is dispatched.

Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 2 to 3 working days to be dispatched.

Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:

• JHB: 1 to 2 working days

• Cape Town: 3 to 4 working days

• KZN: 3 to 4 working days

• Eastern Cape: 3 to 4 working days

• Non-major centres: 4 - 7 working days
• International: Not yet open

Go Dish! offers FREE delivery on orders over R900 only for deliveries in South Africa.

Free Delivery - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.

Standard - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.

Once an order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. Go Dish! is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Pre-orders

Arrival dates are subject to change. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. In order to secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. This payment is non-refundable. A pre-order product will be labelled in its description. 

On-Demand Products
On-Demand products have a lead time of approximately 1 to 2 weeks. This means that they will arrive around 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your order. An on-demand product will be labelled in its description.
